Day 6: Gazebo Roof

by Paul Manoian on January 6, 2010

Today was the first time I’ve gone “searching for something cool” to photograph for my 2010 iPhone 365 Project.  While out for lunch, I quickly stopped by a gazebo and noticed the great cedar shake roof.  I loved the symmetrical look of the roof and took a quick shot for today’s post.  What do you think?

Looks good! Kinda reminds me of a spiderweb. The whole time I’ve been wondering if you had to lay down to take this shot or if the ceiling was high enough to where that wasn’t necessary.

Mike, thanks! The gazebo was actually very large and I was able to easily stand up to take the shot. I just made sure I was positioned exactly in the center and shot straight up.
