Day 49: Patchy Cloudy Michigan Winter “Blue” Sky

by Paul Manoian on February 18, 2010

I spent about 10 minutes outside this evening during the sunset to catch a couple photos for today’s iPhone 365 Project post.  I was able to capture a few really nice photos of a very bright sun peaking through the clouds.

I decided to stay outside a little while longer to shovel some snow off the walkway.  Right before I headed back inside, I took a quick look at the sky and saw one of the the “blue-est” skies I’ve ever seen.  I took a couple photos of the fading sun, but like this one the best and, no, I did not add a blue filter to the photo in Photoshop … it really was THAT BLUE!
