"Full of Life" Child Photography Contest Nomination Form


Do you know kids ages 6-12 that display extraordinary personality and character? If so, nominate them for the "Full of Life" contest! The winner will receive a free on-location (within 30 miles of Livonia, MI) portrait session and an 8x10 print. Entrants will receive additional information via email on how to submit photos.

Each finalist family will be able to select one image to put head-to-head in an online vote for the grand prize, a complimentary 1 year membership in the V.I.P. Portrait Program (as well as the satisfaction of having won, of course!) that will give them free sitting fees for an entire year for their immediate family.

If you nominate someone else's child and they are voted the winner, you will receive a $25 Print Credit that can be used toward prints from a future portrait session of your own! You have until August 15, 2009 at 11:59PM to submit your entry.
