Terms and Conditions I agree to the terms and conditions
* The wedding must take place before December 31, 2010.
* The winning couple will receive a full day of shooting on their wedding day (about 8 hours, loosely based), a CD of low-res jpeg images and a private online proof gallery of images for ordering prints.
* The contest will close for new entries on March 31, 2010.
* Finalists will be chosen at the sole discretion of Paul Manoian Photography and will be notified on April 1, 2010.
* Online voting to select a winner will be open from April 1, 2010 to April 30, 2010. The winner will be selected by popular online vote.
* The wedding couple must reside in Michigan, but the wedding may take place anywhere in the world; however, all transportation, board and lodging costs must be covered by the winners if the wedding is to take place outside southeast Michigan.
* Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the finalists and winner. Failure to respond within one week may result in forfeiture at which point the prize(s) will be made available to the next eligible entrant.
* The free wedding photography prize will only be awarded if at least five (5) finalists are available for an online vote.
* Paul Manoian Photography will retain the copyright and publicity rights to all photos taken during the wedding. The images of the winner may be used in the press.
