Paul Manoian is a professional photographer based out of Southeast Michigan. He is an on location Michigan photographer specializing in family photography, child photography and pet photography. In addition, Paul Manoian is best known for capturing life's moments at their fullest in print.
Photography Approach
Since he primarily shoots on location at an outdoor retreat, your favorite spot or in your home, he often relies on the beauty of natural light and may choose to modify it with diffusers and reflectors. Even so, he uses studio lighting when appropriate and will combine it with available natural light based on the time and day and location.
On Location Photography Session
Once your session is scheduled, a location will be decided. Since many of the best portraits occur in everyday places like a child's bedroom, front porch or backyard, he will photograph at your home or an agreed upon location. Most sessions typically last from one to two hours.
Being a father of two, he recognizes the importance of keeping young children happy and relaxed. They will be encouraged to eat snacks or have breaks as necessary. He may even ask you to step aside so they can play and be themselves without constantly being prompted to smile or "look at the camera".
Prior to your session, you will be sent information detailing everything you will need to know. This includes clothing suggestions and other details will be outlined as well.
After your session is over your proofs will be made available online. He will email you a password that you can use to view your online gallery and share with family and friends. Shortly after, he will contact you to schedule an ordering session at your home. Prints are usually delivered within two (2) weeks of receiving payment.
