As a Detroit model photographer, I am blessed to be able to work with so many talented models, makeup artists and hair stylists.\u00a0 I love being able to work with such a great team to capture images with so much emotion in them.\u00a0 Most recently I had the oppotunity to work with a great makeup artist and three models for a number of makeup advertisement concepts.\u00a0 This is the first of three articles since I will be writing an article to highlight each model.<\/p>\n

The lighting setup itself was very simple even though I used a total of four Elinchrom strobes using a variety of light modifiers and soft boxes.\u00a0 I’ve always said that high key images with white backgrounds are the most difficult for the model since there’s nothing to hide behind.\u00a0 The final images and heavily dependent on the model to bring their A Game and that’s exactly what they did!\u00a0 I really love the final images from the shoot and each one can stand on its own as a makeup advertisement!<\/p>\n
