I believe all photographers should partake in a 365 or similar Project as it helps hone and enforce your skills. Even so, they are meant for <em>everyone<\/em>!  Anyone with a camera can do a <strong>365 Project<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>The photo below is from Day 8: Sunlight Through Evergreen Trees:<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 360px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" \" title=\"iPhone 365 Project Day 8: Sunlight Through Evergreen Trees\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2781\/4259385580_5b65e64d24_o.jpg\" alt=\"iPhone 365 Project Day 8: Sunlight Through Evergreen Trees\" width=\"360\" height=\"480\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">iPhone 365 Project Day 8: Sunlight Through Evergreen Trees<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><em>Why would I do a 365 Project?<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Document a year of your life (<em>Perfect for documenting baby&#8217;s first year!<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Great way to share photos with friends and family<\/li>\n<li>Less effort than keeping a journal<\/li>\n<li>Improve your photography skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>How do I do a 365 project?<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Use any camera to take a photo a day<\/li>\n<li>Upload your photo to the internet for sharing with friends and family<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While I use my own blog for my <strong>365 Project<\/strong>, you can also simply upload your daily photos to Facebook or Flickr.\u00a0 In addition, there are now a number of websites, and even an iPhone app, for building your own <strong>365 Project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The best part is that no special equipment is required.\u00a0 You do not need professional equipment nor do you need special gear of any kind.\u00a0 In fact, I&#8217;m doing my <strong>365 Project<\/strong> entirely using my <strong>iPhone<\/strong>.\u00a0 Yes, a simple camera phone!\u00a0 While the image quality isn&#8217;t on par with a DSLR, you can still capture amazing photos with your camera phone.\u00a0 Would you have known the photo above was taken with a camera phone had I not told you?<\/p>\n<p>So, go ahead and start your own <strong>365 Project<\/strong>.\u00a0 You don&#8217;t have to start on January 1st, you can start any day of the year that&#8217;s convenient.\u00a0 Also, don&#8217;t worry about missing a day along the way.\u00a0 <em>Do you can and enjoy what you do!<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m now a week into my 365 Project and I&#8217;m enjoying it so much, I&#8217;m wondering why more people don&#8217;t do their own!
