Detroit senior pictures definitely are not what they used to be. It has become quite obvious that Seniors aren’t satisfied with indoor studio backdrops any longer in favor of a real-deal outdoor on-location session. With so many great locations available in Metro Detroit and southeast Michigan, who wouldn’t want to hit the streets and head outside?! Choose to LOVE your senior pictures!

Most recently, I had the opportunity to work with Alyssa for her senior pictures in downtown Detroit. Her only request … no graffiti. No problem! There’s so much more going on in Detroit than just graffiti. Of course, scheduling a session for senior pictures in Detroit during Winterfest makes it even easier! I have only started going through her proofs, but everything I have looked at so far is fantastic! I know she and her family are extremely anxious to see them, so I selected some of my favorites so far and included them below as a session sneak peek. The real outdoor “backgrounds” look so much better than a fake studio backdrop – don’t you agree??
