This mountain bike senior pictures session was right up my alley! I used to ride the southeast Michigan mountain trails back in the day before a lot of the current mountain bike clubs and organizations even existed. I don’t get an opportunity to ride nearly as much as I used to, but I still enjoy hitting the singletrack trails with my 1996 GT LTS-1 full suspension bike from time to time!
When Aidan’s mom contacted me about scheduling a session for senior pictures with a mountain bike, I knew I was all in! Aidan is a senior at Skyline High School in Ann Arbor, MI and is a member of the MISCA Youth Bike Team at Wheels in Motion! We hit one of the best mountain bike trails in Michigan early in the morning and were surprised by the amount of dense fog that had moved into the area. While the fog caused us to change our plans for the other part of his session, it definitely added an incredible effect to his mountain bike shots!
When you can hit trails like this, it’s no wonder why more and more students are telling their school’s contracted yearbook vendor to take a hike in favor of lifestyle senior photos sessions. They absolutely scream with personality and ooze with style. What are you waiting for? Choose to LOVE your senior pictures!
I know Aidan and his family are very anxious to see the images from his session, so I selected some of my favorites so far and posted them below as a sneak peek. Be sure to check them out and leave a comment below to help him receive some free prints from his session!
