As a Detroit model photographer, I have the opportunity to be involved in many projects that stretch the creative team for the sake of capturing amazing images. What started out in the planning stages as a “hair photo shoot” turned into my of my favorite fitness model photo shoots to date! It was done with an all-star cast including Necole Capicchioni, who regularly travels the country for the Goldwell team training professional stylists on hair coloring techniques, and Jackie Craig, a repeat competitor in the Miss Michigan competition.

We shot all of the images at MASH Gym in Redford, MI. MASH is an MMA training facility and offers specialized programs including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, boxing, cardio kick boxing, kids programs, and more. MASH allowed us to shoot on location and use their boxing ring. No phony props here! This was shot at a legit gym! All of this was done to capture the real feel of the real deal! To say the final images are stunning is an understatement.
