One thing is certain now more than ever: high school seniors are no longer satisfied with cramped indoor sessions with their school’s contracted yearbook vendor. With all of the beautiful outdoor locations available in Michigan, why would they? That’s why more and more graduating seniors are scheduling an outdoor lifestyle senior portrait session. I recently had the opportunity to with with Sophia, a senior at Seaholm High School, in Birmingham, MI. A quick drive down Woodward Ave led us straight into the heart of downtown Detroit for an amazing session capturing beautiful senior pictures! I still have a lot of work to do to finish her online proof gallery, but I absolutely love the images I have reviewed so far! I know her family is anxious to see the images, so I selected some of my favorites so far and posted them below.

If you are a Metro Detroit high school senior and still haven’t scheduled your senior portraits session yet, it’s not too late. There is still time to squeeze in a session and, yes, I offer winter senior portrait sessions in the snow.
