WDIV Detroit 4, the local NBC affiliate, has closed the voting booths for this year’s “4 the Best” contest. Paul Manoian Photography had been nominated for the Best Portrait Photography category and the experience was absolutely amazing. A huge THANK YOU goes out to everyone that voted for me!
