As an award winning Metro Detroit Seniors photographer, I have the opportunity to work with incredible seniors throughout southeast Michigan as well as Indiana and Ohio. Most recently, I had a chance to work with Colin, a Dearborn Heights Crestwood High School Senior.
We selected a location close to their home and tore it up for a couple of hours on an overcast day to get some amazing shots. I’ve been going through his proofs and really love they way they turned out. I’m still in the process of reviewing everything, but selected a few for his sneak peek blog post. I had a hard time narrowing it down, but some of my favorites are included below.

I love these!! These are pure Colin!!! He looks intense. Very believable. Can picture him naturally in all these poses.

I was at the shoot location with Colin and Paul. After each photo spot Paul looked at me and stated that I was always smiling. I told him that as far as I could tell each one was going to be “Award Winning” as far as I was concerned. I wanted professional quality photos of Colin that captured his personality and that’s what we got. Colin isn’t one to pose for pictures willingly and Paul made him comfortable at each photo spot for him to be himself and we are all very pleased with the results. We are so please with the sneak preview that we can’t wait to see the rest! Thanks Paul!

It’s hard to pick which one I like best. I think the locations are a great examples of our times and Colin looks comfortable in them. Great picture shoot!

These are fabulous and what a handsome fellow. I agree with Trevor, #2 is my favorite. And the scenery is great. Greenfield Village is a great spot for shots like this. I definately will tell others about how nice these pics are!

It is refreshing to see senior pictures done in an outdoor setting rather than a studio. The tilted image is a different twist.
