As a senior pictures photographer, senior pictures with horses are definitely some of my favorite sessions! More and more seniors are telling their school’s contracted yearbook company to take a hike in favor of doing an outdoor lifestyle session. Besides, what chain studio is going to let you bring your horse inside?! Go head, it’s okay, choose to love your senior pictures!

Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to photography Elaina for her senior portraits . Elaina will be a 2014 senior this year at Seaholm High School in Birmingham, MI. We were able to do her session along with Scruffy, one of the many horses she cares for. Scruffy was a very warm and sweet horse and you could tell he would curl right up in your lap if he could!

I am still working on going through all of the proofs from Elaina’s session to get them ready for her online proof gallery.
