As a Detroit senior pictures photographer, I have the opportunity to work with seniors all over southeast Michigan as well as Ohio and Indiana. Each year, more seniors are opting to not use their schools contract yearbook vendor for an outdoor lifestyle session. Why wouldn’t they?! There are so many great outdoor locations it is hard to imagine why anyone would want to do a stuffy indoor session. In case you are wondering, YES, I have a studio location – but it is almost entirely used for actor and model head shots these days.

I recently had the opportunity to work with LaShae, an Oak Park High School senior, for an outdoor senior portrait session in downtown Detroit. We stopped at a number of great outdoor locations and captured some fantastic images for her! I am still finishing up her online proof gallery, but I know her friends and family and anxious to see her images.
