As a Detroit photographer, I am have the incredible opportunity to work with a tremendous number of graduating seniors across southeast Michigan for their senior pictures at some absolutely beautiful outdoor locations. Outdoors? YES! Outdoors! With so many amazing locations at our disposal, more and more seniors are telling their school’s contracted yearbook vendor to take a hike in favor of a lifestyle session outside! You see, there no longer any real reasons to settle for a boring, drab indoor studio session. Choose to LOVE your senior pictures!

Most recently, I had the opportunity to work with Autumn for her senior portraits session in the heart of Detroit. We had a cloudless, sunny afternoon for her session and it worked to our favor for some BEAUTIFUL images to capture her senior year!

I know her friends and family are anxious to see the proofs from her session, but I still have some work to do going through everything. If you are a southeast Michigan high school senior and still haven’t scheduled a session for your senior portraits , don’t worry. There is still time. If you are athletic and into X-Games type events it doesn’t matter that the leaves will soon be falling off the trees. Let’s hit the skate park! Or, for the daring, consider scheduling a winter senior pictures session in the snow! I schedule a very limited number winter sessions for senior pictures since they are so dependent on the weather. Even so, I still have a few openings left for winter senior portraits. If you are into snowboarding or skiing, this is definitely an opportunity you won’t want to miss!
