As a Detroit photographer, I love downtown and I get excited each time graduating seniors from outside the Metro Detroit area contact me because they would like to do their senior portraits session in Downtown! So many incredible things have happened to the downtown area during the past decade (remember Superbowl XL?) there is no wonder people want to visit “The D” more. It has become a real destination for senior picture sessions – CHOOSE to LOVE your senior portraits!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Richard for his senior pictures in downtown Detroit. He is a senior at Jenison High School in the Metro Grand Rapids area. But, he and his family packed up the car and drove nearly three hours to visit downtown Detroit and it did not disappoint! Detroit had exactly what he wanted for his session and his senior pics and sure to stand out with his friends at Jenison High School! I still have quite a bit of work to do on his proofs before his online proof gallery is ready to be viewed.
