There’s something seriously awesome about getting to photograph seniors right in their own hometown—especially when we get a spot as photogenic (and lowkey underrated) as Greenmead Historical Park in Livonia.
For Andrei’s senior pictures, his mom wanted to stay close to home, and Greenmead checked all the boxes—classic architecture, rustic textures, and enough natural backdrops to make every image feel unique. Andrei’s a senior at Stevenson High School in Livonia, MI and reps his school with pride (check out those varsity jacket shots 🔥). He’s also on the wrestling team, and while we didn’t incorporate any action shots this time around, the athletic energy definitely came through in his confident, relaxed poses.
Now, I’ll be honest—his mom was a little worried we wouldn’t get any smiling shots out of him. But Andrei surprised us all. He loosened up almost immediately, and we ended up with an incredible mix of confident, relaxed, and genuinely joyful images that totally nailed the vibe of who he is right now.
And let’s talk about those jackets for a second. First, the Stevenson varsity jacket absolutely popped against the rustic fences and barn textures. Then we switched it up with a green satin bomber jacket embroidered with tigers (seriously, how cool is that?), and I couldn’t be happier with the mix of modern style and natural surroundings.
