Rania’s senior pictures session was the kind that makes you want to frame every frame. A senior at Stevenson High School in Livonia, she wanted something that felt soft and natural—full of color, joy, and life. So we headed to Ann Arbor’s Nichols Arboretum, where the famed Peony Garden just so happened to be in full bloom. Timing? Perfection.
Rania is headed to the University of Michigan this fall to study Biomedical Engineering, and honestly, if this session is any indication, she’s going to crush it. She brought both elegance and energy to the camera whether she was nestled between bright flowers, casually strolling through the incredible campus archways, or rocking a denim jacket in a sea of rhododendrons.
And can we talk about that floral dress moment? Her look matched the peony garden in a way that felt like it was meant to be. It wasn’t just senior pictures. It was a celebration of where she’s been and where she’s going next. A true spring awakening, Wolverine style.
We finished the session with a nod to her future with cap and gown photos at the U of M Law Quad, layered with excitement and just the right amount of “I did that.” Because she did. And she’s only getting started.
