As a Detroit photographer, I have the opportunity to photograph people and events throughout southeast Michigan. If you haven’t already, I encourage you to check out 4th Fridays held at Campus Martius in downtown Detroit Michigan. It has an excellent assortment of events and talented individuals planned throughout the summer including a free concert by American Idol winner, Lee DeWyze! I highly suggest you check it out!

This past June, 4th Fridays in Detroit provided some amazing talent and entertainment including the Hardcore Detroit Run 313 Dance Crew and a fashion show by designer Joe Faris of Motor City Denim Company. Joe Faris was a contestant on Season 5 of Project Runway with Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn.

I was honored to be asked to photograph the Motor City Denim Co. fashion show at Camps Martius this year. They set up a special stage and runway in the middle of Camps Martius for the event providing an excellent opportunity to capture some amazing images of there new line of leather and denim. The models for the event were provided exclusively by Your Entourage Agency and, as you can tell from the photos, they looked amazing! The whole event was held outside at night under the colored stage lights. Too cool!
