Yes! Downtown Detroit senior pictures have become more and more popular over the past few years. I can remember a time when nobody wanted to do a session there. It was too ugly … too decayed … too boring … too … yuck! However, that has all changed in the past five years. It is hard to believe how many seniors are now driving over 50 miles just to get their senior portraits taken outside in Downtown Detroit! YAY!!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Jasmine for a 2 hour senior portrait session in downtown Detroit. She is a senior at Oak Park High School and, like many senior, absolutely wanted her pictures taken The D! I can’t say I blame her at all given the amount of growth I’ve witnessed first hand over the past 10 years.

I still have a lot of work to do going through all of Jasmine’s session proofs. But, I wanted did not want to keep her friends and family waiting any longer than absolutely necessary before seeing the images. So, I selected some of my favorites and posted them below as a sneak peek. I absolutely LOVE the one with her walking through the fountain! Which one is your favorite?
