As a Detroit senior pictures photographer, I have the opportunity to work with seniors all over southeast Michigan as well as Ohio and Indiana. Each year, more seniors are opting to not use their schools contract yearbook vendor for an outdoor lifestyle session. Why wouldn’t they?! There are so many great outdoor locations it is hard to imagine why anyone would want to do a stuffy indoor session. In case you are wondering, YES, I have a studio location – but it is almost entirely used for actor and model head shots these days.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Timmarah, a Michigan Connections Academy senior, for an outdoor session to commemorate her senior year. We picked a great outdoor location and capture some great images for her! I still have a lot of work to do finishing the images for her online proof gallery.
