As a Metro Detroit senior pictures photographer, I get to work with a tremendous number of incredible students for their senior portraits each year. Senior pictures, Senior Portraits or Seniors Photos – it does not matter what you call them since one thing is for certain – graduating seniors are not satisfied for a lame indoor studio session to capture their senior year. They all want to get outdoors for a lifestyle session that truly captures them!

For Isabel’s senior portraits, we went to a popular metro Detroit location and captured some amazing images! We started early in the morning to beat the heat and it totally paid off! I know her family is anxious to see the proofs from her session, but I still have some work to do to get everything ready for their online proof gallery. If you are a Lincoln Park high school student and have not scheduled your session yet, you should definitely hurry. The prime weekends are almost full. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t capture something in the crunchy fallen leaves.

Even though time is running out to get a senior pictures session in this year, the winter schedule is heating up! If you are bold and daring, consider booking something during the winter for a snow session! This has become very popular over the past couple of years as a second session for many students. I book a limited number winter senior sessions a year because they highly depend on the weather cooperating. So, if you are on your school’s ski or snow board team, this is a fantastic way to get some creative an unusual photos!
