As a Detroit headshots photographer, I have the incredible opportunity to work a number of individuals from all walks of life. But, some of my favorite sessions are those with musicians like Nathan and the musician headshots session we did in Detroit. Music comes from deep within an artist and always helps to have a great music photo. Of course, music photography can shot either be in studio or on location.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Luti for two very different sessions for his upcoming album. He specifically wanted to do a studio session to capture deep shadows and moody images and then do a second session outdoors, on-location in nature. We captured so many incredible images he had a difficult time only selecting a couple for his album artwork. But, it’s always great to have more images for website and social media channels as well. I selected a couple of my favorites and included them below to show just some of the variety we were able to capture.
I’ve had an excellent experience with both photo sessions with Mr. Paul Manoian. After two disappointing experiences with individuals who were supposedly professional, I was fortunate to find Paul’s website, and after examining portfolio samples available, I decided to give it a try. We had two sessions, one in the studio and one outdoors, and both were successful. I had a good idea of the kinds of photos I wanted, and I had communicated this to Paul. He clearly kept this in mind during the sessions and made his best attempt to achieve our goal. I also like how I was able to screen all the shots leisurely and choose the very best ones. I doubt you will find a more courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable photographer in the area!
