As a senior pictures photographer in Michigan, I have the opportunity to work with graduation seniors in Detroit to Traverse City to nearly everywhere in between! I most recently met Mikkayla on the 4th of July for her Frankenmuth senior pictures session.

Frankenmuth is probably best known for Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland and Zehnder’s chicken dinners. Frankenmuth only has a population of approximately 5,000 people; however, one one day of every year … July 4 … the population grows by 50% when 2,500 runners and walkers show up for the annual Volksläufe race. But, even in the crazy heat with a even crazier number of people in the streets, we managed to capture some great images for Mikkayla.

I still have a little bit of work to go through all of Mikkayla’s images to get them ready for her online proof gallery. But, I know she is anxious to see them, so I selected some of my favorites so far and included them below as a sneak peek! Which one is your favorite?
