Senior pictures. Senior Portraits. Senior Photos. They may go by many names these days, but one thing is for certain … there isn’t any reason to settle for an indoor studio session with your school’s contracted yearbook provider with so many incredible outdoor locations available! Each year more seniors are telling their school’s yearbook chain photography “studio” to take a hike in favor of outdoor lifestyle senior portraits.

As a Livonia senior portraits photographer, I regularly work with seniors from Livonia Stevenson High School, Churchill High School and Franklin High School for their senior portraits at some amazing outdoor locations throughout Metro Detroit. Why outdoors? Simply put, there no longer is any need to settle for a boring indoor studio session.

For Laura’s senior pictures, we used an incredible outdoor location and captured some amazing senior portraits with fall colors during her session. She’s been patiently waiting to see some of the images from his session, so I selected some of my favorites so far and posted them below. If you are a Metro Detroit high school senior and still haven’t scheduled your senior portraits session yet, it’s never too late. I do senior portraits sessions all year long – even in the winter! If SNOW is your thing, I also offer winter senior portrait sessions in the snow. However, available sessions are extremely limited. I only book ten senior portraits sessions in the snow each year since they are highly dependent on the weather. Booking a winter senior portraits session makes a fantastic second session to add incredible variety to capture your senior year. If you are on your school’s snowboarding or skiing team, this is for you!
