What if it is supposed to rain on Mackinac Island?

The island actually looks magical in mist or soft rain—some of the best images I’ve ever captured happened on overcast days. Even so, I always reserve the following day in the event we need to reschedule due to heavy rain. Due to the unique nature of the island and limited dates available, sessions will only be rescheduled once.
